Mikado Foods (UK) was opened in 2012 as a sales and marketing office of I. Schmidt HGmbH (MIKADO Foods Europe), a family-owned manufacturer and distributor of highest quality food products, and headquarters of MIKADO Foods Group in order to extend the Group’s capabilities to the UK and Irish markets
Mikado Foods (UK) Ltd operates as a full-service importer and distributor with a full UK-based infrastructure to handle all business in the UK market.
As a group, we currently distribute our products in 40 countries through our own worldwide network of subsidiary companies, which provide outstanding conditions for sourcing, quality control, and supply of products.
MIKADO covers all market channels: Retail, Food Service, End-user and Manufacturing.
All products are manufactured by MIKADO-owned factories in China, Hungary and Ukraine, and by MIKADO-approved factories around the globe, whom we support by investing into raw materials, production lines and packaging.
